I started this Substack back in November of 2021, then under the title of Pope Francis Generation. I had just started grad school for counseling, and I wanted a space where I could bring together all of my writing. I chose Substack because it allowed readers to throw a few dollars at me if they wanted, which helped justify the precious time I spent on this hobby.
Thanks for sharing this, Paul. I appreciate that you have paid subscribers but do not put anything behind a paywall. That says a lot about their recognition of the value of your work and your desire to make everything accessible.
I want to thank you from myself, but also from a religious Sister that I know. She, like many, struggles with the extremist rhetoric. She is continually impressed by you. She commutes an hour for the parish she works in and she often picks your podcast for her drive, and given everything she has to do, that's really amazing.
Is there a donation amount for just the stickers? I'd love to send her one.

Thank you, Paul, for all the work that you do. The podcast conversations are a boon to this struggling soul.
Thank you, Sean
